The time has come to join a Saturday Laughing Group! Start the month of June learning the techniques of laughing and how it can help you overcome shyness, open you heart to new experiences, and be ‘in the now’ by sharing your laugh. The fun is immediate, the health benefits come automatically.

You can find connection, form new friendships, share in the fun, and even get giddy with excess laughing. One of the favourite excercises is “Actor Laughter” which is pretending to be on stage and laughing for 29 seconds to a huge audience. It is surprisingly easy to do!

The laughter excercises start gently at first, and ever-so-gradually increase (you won’t even notice!) until the laughter flows outwardly very easily.  The laughter very quickly becomes genuine and happily infectious.
