Saturday, Nov. 16th, come to the Laughter Wellness session where we will practice… laughing! Amazingly, without the use of comedy, funny faces, or jokes. Laughter has been proven to reduce stress, boost confidence, and bring people together. Research has clearly shown that laughter can help or cure many, if not most of today’s stress-related maladies.
The fun is immediate, the health benefits come automatically. We will be doing some new exercises as well as favorites such as “Pssst! Guess What?”, “Red Light, Green Light”, “Milkshake Laughter”, and “Actor Laughs”.
November 16, Saturday at 10:30 (sharp!) at the Comox United Church, 250 Beach Drive, Comox, for 1 fun-filled hour. If you have never experienced a Laughter Wellness session, here is your chance to be guided by Certified Laughter Yoga Leaders Alan and Susan. Sessions are free, with donations gratefully accepted to help cover costs. Hope to laugh with you Saturday!
