Join us for the last Laughter Yoga session in May, 2013 on May 18, 10:30 am at the Comox United Church (basement). The room is sunny bright and full of children’s toys, a great surrounding to play and laugh.Laughter Yoga

Laughter is good for your immune system, relieves stress, makes you feel good, and it’s FUN! Laughter Yoga Bring your friends, a water bottle and your best laugh for one hour of Laughter. Open to adults 18 and older, donations graciously accepted.

The month of June, 2013 will be full of laughs, as we will have 3 sessions on June 1, 15, and 29. If you have never tried Laughter Yoga, it is lead by Certified Laughter Yoga Leaders Susan and Alan, takes about an hour, and is full of laughter.

Even if you don’t fel like laughing, the process (created by a medical doctor from India) does wonders. With laughter excercises and willingness you will find your inner laugh coming out in fine style. It’s easy and fun, and you will leave with a lighter, smiling spirit.
